At the time of ignition, winds will be very light out of the E/SE
but will increase out of he SE between 5 to 10 mph but mid-morning
into the afternoon. Relative humidity values will be around 100%
at the time of ignition but will drop to 70-90% but late morning
and into the 50-60% range during the afternoon. Temperatures will
be in the 60s at the time of ignition rising into the 70s but late
morning and peaking in the mid 80s during the afternoon.
