.DISCUSSION...
High pressure across the Upper Midwest tonight will lead to good
radiative conditions and sub-freezing temperatures overnight.
Light and variable winds after sunrise Tuesday morning will become
increasingly out of the south as high pressure shifts east
towards the Mississippi River Valley. Surface heating should lead
to improved smoke dispersion after 10 AM.
