.DISCUSSION...

Relative humidity values through Wednesday night will be elevated
keeping fire weather concerns low. Thursday, relative humidity
values will fall into the 20 to 25 percent range with breezy
southwest to westerly winds however 10-hour fuel moistures are
currently running between 11 to 15 percent which is expected to
keep fire weather concerns low.
