including the following areas, Atchison KS and Doniphan and
Missouri, including the following areas, Buchanan, Caldwell,
Carroll, Chariton, Clinton, Linn MO, Livingston, Macon, Randolph and
Ray.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood
Watch is being cancelled.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
