...Snow Showers and Gusty Winds Through the Afternoon...

Scattered snow showers will be seen through the afternoon hours,
resulting in reduced visibilities, stronger westerly winds, and
some slick spots on the roads and sidewalks. Current observations
support visibility dropping to a mile or less in heavier snow
showers, which will continue through the day. Strong winds are
also being brought down to the surface from these showers, with
westerly gusts upwards to 40-45 mph at times.

After 6pm, snow showers will continue, but the chance for the
heavier showers starts to decrease. Some slick spots may still
result, as temperatures will cool off below freezing. Visibility
will continue to be reduced in showers through the evening, but
should start to improve through the night.

Remember, ice and snow, take it slow!
