At 422 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking an outflow boundary with winds gusts over 40 mph along a line extending from near Abingdon to Burnside to near Hamilton. Behind this outflow boundary, a line of storms will move back into the area and bring another round of gusts over 40 mph. Movement was south at 40 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.
