This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Rain with embedded thunderstorms will continue this morning before
decreasing and moving off to the east by early afternoon. More
heavy rainfall this morning may aggravate any ongoing flooding or
create new flooding situations. A Flood Watch continues through
midday for much of the Outlook Area.

With all the recent heavy rainfall and run off, several area
rivers are experiencing significant rises and are reaching
bankfull. Many of these rivers, including portions of the
mainstem Mississippi River from the Quad Cities on southward,
will have the potential to rise above the flood stage over the
next several days. Please see the latest Flood Statements and
Flood Warnings for more details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low. River
flooding may occur on several tributary rivers and portions of
the mainstem Mississippi River.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated today and tonight. However,
reports of any flooding would be appreciated.
