This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

Chances of thunderstorms will continue the rest of tonight. The
Storm Prediction Center has a Marginal Risk (level 1 out of 5) for
severe storms along and north of a line from Vinton, Iowa to the
Quad Cities to Kewanee, Illinois. Isolated damaging wind gusts and
large hail are the primary threats. In addition, locally heavy
rainfall is also possible. A Flood Watch has been issued for
portions of northwest Illinois into Sunday morning, where a
greater risk for repeated storm activity and flooding exists.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

Hot and humid conditions will continue Sunday and Monday, with
additional heat headlines likely needed.

Chances of thunderstorms will continue Sunday through Tuesday,
with some strong to severe storms possible at times. Damaging
winds and large hail are the main threats. A Marginal Risk for
severe storms remains over our area for Sunday and Monday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation can`t be ruled out overnight for portions
of eastern Iowa and northwest Illinois. Any reports of
rainfall totals over 1 inch and flooding would be appreciated.
