A Flood Watch has been issued for today for portions of southeast Iowa and northern Illinois, where the heaviest rainfall amounts over 1 inch and localized flooding threat is greatest. The ongoing rain and runoff may also interact with ice action to produce rises on area rivers, creeks and streams. The Rock River in Illinois and the Skunk River in southeast Iowa may be the most prone to eventually see some ice action or jamming. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
