This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Scattered thunderstorms can be expected today and tonight. The
Storm Prediction Center has the entire Outlook Area in a Marginal
Risk (Level 1 of 5) for severe storms this afternoon and evening.
Some storms may also produce frequent lightning and locally heavy
rainfall.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

Several more rounds of thunderstorms will be possible Wednesday
through Thursday. The threat for severe weather appears low at
this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be needed this afternoon and evening.

GENERAL STORM MOTION OF THE DAY:

Toward the east at around 40 mph.
