This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

A cold front will approach the area by Thursday night bringing
scattered showers and thunderstorms. Severe storms are possible
on Thursday during the late afternoon and evening. The Storm
Prediction Center has a Slight or level 2 of 5 Risk for portions
of eastern Iowa, west of a Dyersville to Cedar Rapids to Marengo
line. A Marginal or level 1 out of 5 Risk of severe storms exists
northwest of a Stockton, Illinois to Davenport, Iowa to Kahoka,
Missouri line. Large hail, damaging winds and tornadoes are the
primary threats.

There are also periodic chances of showers and storms Friday
through Monday. It is too early to determine the severe potential
at this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight, but may be
needed Thursday during the late afternoon and evening.
