This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

Isolated thunderstorms are possible this afternoon into the early
evening, mainly for areas along and south of Interstate 80.
Lightning will be the main threat.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

Another chance of thunderstorms is possible Sunday afternoon across
the area. Some storms could become strong to severe, with
large hail and damaging winds being the main threat. A Slight
Risk (level 2 of 5) for severe weather has been introduced for
locations south of the Quad Cities, with a Marginal Risk (level 1
of 5) for severe weather for areas along and south of a line from
Sigourney, Iowa to Galena, Illinois.
