This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

Some local tributary rivers are experiencing flooding from
rainfall that fell last night and this morning, especially in our
southern forecast area. Specifically, we are expecting rapid rises
along the Fox River in Wayland Missouri, where Moderate Flood
Stage is forecast. Rises into Minor Flood Stage are also being
seen along the Des Moines River in St. Francisville Missouri.
These crests are expected to last about 24 to 36 hours before
going back down below flood stage. Please see the latest Flood
Statements and Flood Warnings for details.

Isolated to scattered non-severe thunderstorms are possible this
afternoon and evening, but most locations will not see rain.

Fog is expected across most of the area tonight into Sunday
morning. Fog may become dense mainly along and north of Interstate
80, with visibilities below a quarter of a mile possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

Hot and humid conditions are possible Sunday through Tuesday, with
potential for heat index values as high as 100-110 at times.
However, there is also potential for thunderstorm complexes
to move through the region Sunday night until Tuesday. If these
storms move through the area, some may be strong to severe and may
lead to lower daytime temperatures and heat index values.
Confidence in this occurring is low, so stay tuned for updates.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
