* WHERE...North Skunk River near Sigourney.

* WHEN...From this evening to late tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water affects agricultural land, some
  county roads, and farm houses.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 16.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this evening to a crest of 16.0 feet late this evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
