Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY AFTERNOON UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Iowa River at Marengo.

* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Flood Stage. Water affects agricultural
  land along the river. Water is several feet deep in places.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 13.3 feet.
  - Recent Activity...
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage early
    tomorrow afternoon to 15.8 feet early Monday afternoon. It
    will fall below flood stage Tuesday evening before rising
    above flood stage again Thursday morning.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
