* WHEN...From Monday morning to Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water affects most agricultural land near
  Sigourney.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 8.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tomorrow morning to a crest of 18.0 feet Tuesday
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
