...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa...

  Iowa River at Marengo affecting Benton and Iowa Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING TO LATE
THURSDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Iowa River at Marengo.

* WHEN...From Monday morning to late Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Flood Stage. Water affects agricultural
  land along the river. Water is several feet deep in places.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 14.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tomorrow morning to a crest of 16.1 feet Wednesday
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
