  Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Scott and Clinton
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The next statement will be issued by Monday evening at 1115 PM CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO EARLY TUESDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S.

* WHEN...From this evening to early Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, Moderate Flood Stage. Water affects homes
  along old U.S. Highway 61.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 11.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 11.3 feet tomorrow morning.
    It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon to 9.8
    feet Wednesday evening. It will rise to 9.9 feet early
    Thursday afternoon. It will then fall again and remain below
    flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
