Iowa County in east central Iowa... Northern Keokuk County in southeastern Iowa... * Until 1115 AM CDT. * At 516 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen, especially across northwest Keokuk County. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. This will be falling on already saturated ground. As a result, Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar.
