...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 3 PM CST THIS AFTERNOON...

The Flood Watch will expire for portions of Illinois, including the
following areas, Bureau, Henderson, Henry IL, Mercer, Putnam, Rock
Island, Warren and Whiteside and east central Iowa, including the
following area, Scott.

The rain has diminished and the Flood Watch will be allowed to
expire at 3 PM. Ponding of water in low-lying locations is still
possible through the evening as the rain that fell continues to run
off over the frozen ground.
