Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Repeated rounds of thunderstorms are expected through the period. Rainfall rates between 1 to 3 inches per hour are possible with the strongest storms and may lead to flash flooding.
