  7 inches.

* WHERE...Lapeer and Tuscola Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Peak snowfall rates, greater than a half inch
  per hour, are expected late afternoon through the evening, roughly
  between 4PM and 2AM. Snowfall rates in excess of 1 inch per hour
  will be possible during the late evening.
