At 945 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the leading edge of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles north of Caseville to Applegate to near Richmond. Movement was east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Winds near 30 mph and half inch hail in the strongest storms. Heavy rainfall. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Strong thunderstorms will be near... Richmond, Bad Axe, Croswell, Lexington, Ubly, Deckerville, Memphis, Carsonville, Kinde, and Applegate around 950 AM EDT. Port Austin and Port Sanilac around 955 AM EDT. Lakeport around 1000 AM EDT.
