EDT...

At 816 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Lapeer to near Metamora. Movement was east
at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Lapeer, Imlay City, Almont, Hadley, Dryden, Metamora, Lum, Attica,
Elba, Goodland Township, Kings Mill, and Thornville.

People attending Eastern Michigan State Fair  should seek safe
shelter immediately!
