...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN SANILAC COUNTY THROUGH
515 PM EDT...

At 415 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
exhibiting periodic rotation over Marlette, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Landspouts and winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
         could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
         objects.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Croswell and Applegate around 450 PM EDT.
  Lexington around 500 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Decker, Snover, Juhl,
Elmer, Watertown, and Lexington Heights.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
