* WHAT...Temperatures will drop into the low to mid 30s just prior
  to sunrise which will result in patchy frost development.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
