The largest significant waves will be 5 feet with a potential maximum wave height of 7 feet. During the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels expected. * WHERE...Michigan Waters of Lake Erie from Detroit River to North Cape MI. * WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 7 PM EST Tuesday with the largest waves expected around 8 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Below normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Southwest winds 20 to 30 knots will cause water levels to drop to around 12 inches below the critical mark for safe navigation, or 17 inches below the low water datum Tuesday night.
