At 232 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of thunderstorms,
capable of producing winds up to 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from Port Austin to 11 nm southeast
of Harbor Beach to 10 nm east of Port Sanilac, moving east at 30
knots.

  Port Hope around 240 AM EDT.

Other locations impacted by thunderstorms include White Rock
and Richmondville.
