West winds 25 to 30 knots will remain across Lake Erie today.
These strong offshore winds could cause ice floes to break off
from the lakeshore. If this occurs, anyone caught on the ice would
become stranded.

As a notice to mariners, the strong winds could cause ice to
shift and potentially close shipping lanes.
