A transition to all snow will be possible from the border up through M59, where a slushy 1 to 2 inches of accumulation will be possible, mainly on unpaved surfaces. Lake effect snow showers will be likely late Sunday afternoon into Monday. Snowfall totals will be highly variable, but snowfall totals between a half-inch to 2 inches will be possible by Monday afternoon. Highly localized enhanced snowfall totals of 2-5 inches will also be possible immediately downwind of Saginaw Bay and/or Lake Huron. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
