Valley while broad low pressure strengthens over Quebec today.
Breezy conditions today will be buoyed by minimum RHs in the 40s.
High pressure maintains dry weather Saturday with temperatures around
early November normals. The next chance of rain arrives Sunday as a
large low pressure system moves into the upper Midwest.
