There are currently 6 numbered sunspot regions on the disk. # :Solar_Forecast: Solar Activity Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be low with a chance for M-class flares and a slight chance for an X-class flare on days one, two, and three (23 Aug, 24 Aug, 25 Aug). # :Geophysical_Activity: Geophysical Activity Summary 21/2100Z to 22/2100Z: The geomagnetic field has been at quiet levels for the past 24 hours. Solar wind speed reached a peak of 504 km/s at 22/0125Z. Total IMF reached 5 nT at 22/1901Z. The maximum southward component of Bz reached -2 nT at 22/1724Z. Protons greater than 10 MeV at geosynchronous orbit reached a peak level of 6 pfu at 22/1040Z. Electrons greater than 2 MeV at geosynchronous orbit reached a peak level of 2161 pfu. # :Geophysical_Forecast: Geophysical Activity Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be at quiet to unsettled levels on day one (23 Aug) and quiet levels on days two and three (24 Aug, 25 Aug).
