...Freezing Drizzle Possible through 9 PM...

WHAT...An area of freezing drizzle is moving across parts of
central and eastern Iowa this evening. This freezing drizzle will
lead areas with icy conditions on roadways and walkways through
this time. If traveling, use caution and be prepared for quickly
changing driving conditions.

WHERE...Parts of central Iowa east of Interstate 35, including the
Interstate 80 corridor.

WHEN...Through 9 PM.

IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions and slower than normal commute
times due to freezing drizzle and icy conditions.


PREPAREDNESS AND PRECAUTIONARY ACTIONS...Motorists should be careful
and prepare for quick changes in visibility and road conditions in a
short distance as freezing drizzle moves across the area.
