DAVIS...WAPELLO...EASTERN WAYNE AND APPANOOSE COUNTIES THROUGH 1230
PM CDT...

At 1145 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles southwest of Ottumwa to near Lake
Sundown to 8 miles northwest of Rathbun Lake. Movement was southeast
at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and additional rainfall up to one
         inch.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Ponding of water on roadways, low
         visibilities, and rises in small streams and creeks.

Locations impacted include...
Ottumwa, Centerville, Albia, Bloomfield, Lake Sundown, Rathbun Lake,
Eldon, Seymour, Moravia, Agency, Moulton, Mystic, Cincinnati,
Blakesburg, Pulaski, Drakesville, Exline, Floris, Melrose, and
Promise City.
