...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 9 AM CST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills between 20 below and around 25 below
  expected.

* WHERE...Western Iowa into much of northern and parts of central
  Iowa.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as around 25
  below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as
  30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
