This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight

Scattered thunderstorms will occur at times today, mainly from the
late morning through the afternoon, before ending in the evening. A
few more thunderstorms are then forecast over the northern half of
Iowa late tonight, after midnight. Severe weather is not expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Widely scattered thunderstorms are forecast during the day on
Sunday. Overall the threat of severe weather is low, but a few
strong to severe storms may be possible in far southeastern Iowa.
Hail and strong winds would be the primary threats with any stronger
storms that do form.

Isolated thunderstorms are possible in northern Iowa on Monday
afternoon. Severe weather is not expected during that time.
