This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight

Warm and humid conditions are expected this afternoon in southern
to portions of central Iowa where heat indices may near 100
degrees.

There remains a chance of storms arriving after midnight tonight.
If storms do arrive, they may contain damaging winds and perhaps
locally heavy rainfall.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Additional chances for showers and thunderstorms continue through
the week. Severe weather and excessive rainfall are possible at
times through at least Thursday.

Warm and humid conditions are expected to continue into Wednesday
in southern to portions of central Iowa where heat indices may
near 100 degrees.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be needed at times over the next few days.
Severe weather and rainfall reports are also appreciated.
