.DISCUSSION...

Minimal fire weather concerns this afternoon with afternoon
humidity values near 80%, cool temperatures in the mid 50s, and
winds light to start but becoming out of the east to northeast and
increasing into tonight. Slight chance of rain late this afternoon
into evening, but may occur further south or east.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (80-90 percent). Slight chance of
                    rain late in the afternoon. Slight chance of
                    thunderstorms late in the afternoon. Chance of
                    rain late in the afternoon.
Max temperature.....Around 61.

Wind (20 ft)........East winds 8 to 9 mph. Gusty and erratic winds
                    expected near thunderstorms late in the
