.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions are anticipated through the evening hours. Partly
cloudy conditions with westerly winds at 6 to 8 mph will shift to
the east shortly after ignition time. Winds decrease to 3 to 5 mph
and become variable primarily out of the southeast late evening.
Relative humidities will start in the 30 to 35 percent range with
temperatures in the low 70s. RH values slowly recover through the
evening hours as temperatures fall into the 60s and 50s. Mixing
heights start around 3,000 ft and decrease after ignition.

.TONIGHT...

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy (25-35 percent). Slight chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms overnight. Chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms after 3 am.
Temperature.........71 at ignition...Min 50.
RH..................39 percent at ignition...Max 86 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Winds west at 6 mph at ignition...otherwise
                    West winds around 6 mph shifting to the east
                    around 5 mph early in the evening, then
                    becoming light in the late evening and
