.DISCUSSION...

Winds from the northwest will continue at 10 to 15 mph with
occasional gusts to around 20 mph under a mixture of sunshine and
clouds. The morning elevated inversion is gone so mixing heights
will be increasing and smoke dispersion will become very good.
Relative humidity will fall to near 30% by this afternoon into
early this evening and recover to around 70% by Thursday morning.
