.DISCUSSION...
No fire weather concerns today. Scattered thunderstorms will
affect northern and northwestern Iowa early this morning, then
fade out by this afternoon. Relative humidity minimum values will
range from around 45% in southern Iowa to 65% in northern Iowa.
Winds will come around to south southwest 5 to 15 mph by this
afternoon, but could be variable and gust higher in and near
thunderstorms.
