* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...The Cedar River at Cedar Falls, or from the West Fork
  Cedar River to the Cedar Falls-Waterloo city limits.

* WHEN...From Wednesday evening to Tuesday, August 05.

* IMPACTS...At 92.2 feet, Water affects the southeast corner of
  Gateway Park.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 87.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tomorrow evening to a crest of 91.9 feet Friday evening.
    It will then fall below flood stage late Monday evening.
  - Flood stage is 89.0 feet.
