* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...The Cedar River at Cedar Falls, or from the West Fork
  Cedar River to the Cedar Falls-Waterloo city limits.

* WHEN...From late tonight to Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 89.7 feet, Water affects the road at 1712 and 1118
  Cottage Row Rd.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 87.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight to a crest of 89.6 feet tomorrow
    evening. It will then fall below flood stage late Monday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 89.0 feet.
