  near Clarksville to the Cedar River.

* WHEN...From late tonight to late Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 13.5 feet, E Washington St is closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 11.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tonight to a crest of 13.6 feet early Friday morning.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
