* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Jasper County in central Iowa...
  Southwestern Poweshiek County in central Iowa...
  Northern Mahaska County in south central Iowa...
  Northern Marion County in south central Iowa...

* Until 1130 AM CDT Sunday.

* At 523 AM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2
  inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2
  inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already
  occurring.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Newton, Pella, Grinnell, Montezuma, Mitchellville, Colfax, Monroe,
  Prairie City, Brooklyn, New Sharon, Rock Creek Lake, Iowa
  Speedway, Sully, Kellogg, Lynnville, Malcom, Barnes City, Lambs
  Grove, Oakland Acres and Reasnor.
