  the West and East Fork Des Moines River to the Boone River.

* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon to Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Water affects lowland areas near the river
  and threatens residences along the river in Fort Dodge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 8.4 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached tomorrow afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 10.5 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water affects the wastewater treatment
  facility as well as agricultural land in the Perry area. Near
  Adel...water affects the fairgrounds and golf course. Northwest of
  Adel...water affects Sportsman Club Rd and Midland Trl.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.3 feet.
