* At 411 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 7 nm west of
  Duluth Harbor, or 8 nm west of Duluth Lift Bridge Channel, moving
  east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

  Knife River Marina, Superior Entry, Castle Danger, Barkers Island,
  Duluth Lift Bridge Channel, Duluth Harbor, Twin Points Safe Harbor,
  Two Harbors Protected Access Agate Bay, Brule Point, McQuade
