* At 535 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 20 nm northwest of Larsmont to 9 nm southwest of
  Duluth Harbor, moving east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

  Knife River Marina, Superior Entry, Castle Danger, Barkers Island,
  Duluth Lift Bridge Channel, Duluth Harbor, Twin Points Safe Harbor,
