* Until 1245 AM CDT.

* At 1042 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 32 nm northwest of French River to 21 nm northwest
  of Duluth Lift Bridge Channel to 29 nm west of Duluth Harbor,
  moving east at 30 knots. The initial arrival time of the leading
  gust front with these storms to the Duluth Harbor would be
  approximately 1120 PM CDT to 1130 PM CDT.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

  Knife River Marina, Superior Entry, Castle Danger, Barkers Island,
  Duluth Lift Bridge Channel, Duluth Harbor, Twin Points Safe Harbor,
  Two Harbors Protected Access Agate Bay, Brule Point, Herbster,
  McQuade Harbor, Bark Bay, Larsmont, Superior Harbor, Port Wing
  Harbor, Bark Point, Stoney Point, and French River.
