* WHAT...West winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. A few
  locations may experience gusts up to 45 mph.

* WHERE...Southern Cook and Southern Lake Counties. This includes
  the Tribal Lands of the Grand Portage Reservation.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
